Rotarians by the dozens stumbled into the darkness of the Bankok Restaurant for an excellent meal of Chinee Tucker aka Chinese Food.

For the lack of a flag, Brian offered a toast to the Queen.  Austin Fennel offered the blessing.

Frank inducted Seamus O'Shea, sponsored by Jamie Torry, and Steve Shrout, sponsored by Bob Carey.  Seamus will be assisting Club Service Chair Judy with initiating a Rotoract Club at the University, and Steve will serve on the Live Free for a Year Committee.  Pictorial evidence is down the page.

The rest of the meeting was devoted to fellowship.

    What Is Hanski Up to?

Hanski has been sewing Rotary vests of different sizes.  For a $20.00 bill, she will make one for you.  Carol is ordering crests (yes, this is included in her job description).

Hanksi went to a basketball game with Nancy Walker, attended the Rotary Computer Club evening with 15 Rotarians and wants to go again.  Karlin McDonald took her skiing at Castle.

    Rumours

Frank is rumoured to be joining the French Foreign Legion, Judy is rumoured to be taking an ESL course, and Wayne is rumoured to be moving to Pincher Creek.  None of those rumours are true.  However, if you haven't heard a new one by 11:00 a.m., please start one, and pass it along.

    Getting On The List

Judy Head needs to know when you change e-mail addresses. And she needs the address of new members, as she is the Grande Puba in charge of the list.  When Judy enters your e-mail address on the list-serve, you will automatically get all messages.  The list is confidential.

    Library Van

The Library needs 1 volunteer for each shift which starts at 9:00am and is usually done by 11:00 am :  Volunteers take books to hospitals and senior citizen homes, then go for coffee with a very nice young lady.
