Dear Bernie (and the Rotary Club of Lethbridge),
I'd like to sincerely thank you for sponsoring my Ambassadorial Scholarship application. Last night, I found out that I have been selected as an Ambassadorial Scholar for District 5360 for the 2004-05 academic year. Further, I'd like to especially thank Lottie Austin, Geri Hecker, and Bill Cade for their assistance and support throughout the application and interview process.
I am absolutely thrilled to be representing Lethbridge, Canada, and, of course, Rotary abroad. Undoubtedly, it will be a challenge--academically and personally--but it is, without reservation, a challenge I am keen to accept.
I'm sure we'll be in touch over the coming months and I promise to keep you posted as I learn more!
Best regards,
Christina Matteotti
