Hello Rotary Friends,
My year as an Inbound Ambassadorial Scholar in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has come to an end. I'm now living in Geneva, Switzerland for the summer. I start working at the World Health Organization tomorrow and once I complete the internship in August I will graduate with a Masters Degree in Health Science from the Free University of Amsterdam.
As you may know, four other Rotary Scholars and I organized a RI Students'
Conference in the Netherlands this past April. I've attached our final report so you can get an idea of what I've been up to during the last year. I look forward to returning to Canada in September to share these experiences with you.
To those of you in the Rotary Clubs of Amsterdam or Lethbridge, I would appreciate if you could pass on a portion of this message to your club members. Thank you.

Hi everyone;
Just to let you know - the earthquake is not close to my area at all. But
reports sound like this is really a bad one. The epi-centre is in a mountainous
region which makes it hard to get to the people affected. The army is working
their way in...hopefully they can get people rescued. So sad.
