Vicki Kaye, former outbound exchange student, has been awarded a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship to study in Japan. Great news, Vicki!
Guest Speaker, Blaine Thacker:
Ken Lewis introduced Blaine who talked about his experiences in Vietnam where he teaches Canadian law at a new law school. He described the process of reform that is taking place in Vietnam under the Communist regime, as the country implements a "rule of law" society. His talk engendered a lot of questions and discussion.
