Chiaki:
Chiaki is practicing day and night for her recital on April 28, because her Dad is coming to hear her play.

Group Study Exchange:

Sunrise Club News:
Brian Treadwell, President, and Stephanie Sanderson, Incoming President, presented the new Sunrise banner to Frank Vasil. The official passing of the gavel at the Sunrise club will take place at a special evening meeting, June 20.

Break A Leg
Jim McMullen invited us to attend An Evening of One-Act Plays at the Yates on April 20, 2002, 6:00 p.m. This is the Club's major fundraising event. Tickets are $30; or you can buy a row of seats. Tickets are available from any Sunrise members and from the Yates box office.

    District Leadership Plan:
    The District has created a District Leadership Plan which has been distributed to District Club for comment and approval. The Executive will bring a recommendation to the April 15 meeting.

    Project Funding Presentations: Four groups, Safety City, Lethbridge Association for Community Living, Interfaith Food Bank, and Big Brothers & Big Sisters, made presentations to the Club. Members were asked to indicate the projects for which the Club should provide funding. Results will be reported at a future meeting.
